ProjectVillage Plan Room Pricing


	Each of the posting fees listed below is limited to a maximum of 60 large format drawings and 500 letter size pages. For projects with more documents than the maximum, an additional posting fee is charged for each additional increment of 60 drawings and 500 letter size pages. All prices are fully inclusive. There are no extra charges or hidden fees, with the exception of the Rollout package in which there is a 10¢ charge for fax pages beyond the 200 pages covered in the posting fee.

	The Self-Serve package is for hosts that are experienced and comfortable administering their account and their projects in the Plan Room. On Self-Serve projects the host uploads, codes, monitors, and maintains all project information on their own. ProjectVillage™ personnel will provide technical support and assist users in obtaining project documents, but do not provide services for project setup, scanning, data entry, etc.

	The Full-Serve package is designed for the organization that wants to enhance its pre-construction services with an electronic plan room, but does not want to deal with the headaches or expend the extra time necessary to manage it on their own. The ProjectVillage™ staff will scan documents if necessary and upload, code and maintain all of the project information. The Full-Serve package works well after a few projects have been posted with the Rollout package because the host and bidders are then experienced in using the application.

	For the project host, the Rollout package is hands off while ProjectVillage™ personnel handle everything. This package is designed for a first time host that wants to familiarize and train its subcontractors or for an organization that wants to outsource the administrative functions of document distribution and bid invitations. In addition to the services provided in the Full-Serve package, ProjectVillage™ will pro-actively contact each bidder to make sure they get registered, send project notices (bid invitations and addendums) and get responses to bid invites for you.
